2017-03-26 19:44:54 glennacarney There are a lot of issues now. Maps are too slow. Previously available maps no longer available. Too small visible map segment on screen. Impossible to preview with watermarks. Very unfortunate.
2017-03-27 00:41:39 Jeff The maps/images are serving from the same servers they have always been on. They have always taken time to load, we are talking about multiple Terabytes of data. We are always working on solutions to the load times. We haven't removed any imagery, so please let me know exactly what is missing, or did you just miss the scroll bar in the year listing? The new view window is actually larger than it was before, and we offer a full screen viewer for subscribers. The larger window may take a bit longer to tile out, because it takes more tiles to fill the viewer. This could be the reason for you feeling it takes longer. The watermarks are not any larger than they were before, and they are much less noticeable for our subscribers. It's understandable that people don't like change. We are looking into bugs and issues as quickly as we can. It's a lot more helpful when the complaints are accurate.
