The Tweet button is still present on the viewer, Katya.  Look for the blue Twitter link in the upper right corner of the image whenever you have an aerial photo pulled-up.

You are not required to be logged-in, Katya.  You simply need to have an aerial image in the viewer to bring up the Twitter link.
