No, at this time we do not have anything available to print an image using the slide tool.  You could however achieve this selecting two adjacent areas that are touching, downloading them with different years. 

The slide tool is built into the website and viewer specifically.  It's a comparison tool that is interactive, you cannot have interactivity in an print.
